During the 23-24 of November VIEWS members Thorsten Rogall and Sofia Nordenving participated in the 19th annual workshop of the Households in Conflict Network in Brussels. The theme was on “Trust and Development in Conflict Affected Countries” and they presented one working paper called “Women’s Empowerment and Post-Conflict Recovery after Mass Killings” and one called “Explaining High-Risk Activism: Evidence of Civil Resistance against ISIS in Mosul”.
