Oslo, Norway – The VIEWS team convened at PRIO from 19–21 November for a hands-on workshop to finalize the new production model pipeline, which was successfully launched last week. The workshop also provided an opportunity to plan for future model development and broader project initiatives.

Over the course of three days, the team tackled in-depth discussions on data pipelines and management, model governance and evaluation, impact and uncertainty modeling, and upcoming research and proposal development – combined with planning and teambuilding activities to support coordination across the geographically dispersed team.

We wrapped up the week energized and ready to take on the next phase of advancing our conflict and impacts early-warning system.
