We are thrilled to welcome a new Machine Learning Developer to VIEWS: Sonja Hæffner!

Sonja has a background in Econometrics, Machine Learning and Data Science. Most recently, she worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Crisis Early Warning at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. Her research involved incorporating text data into crisis early warning models and experimenting with state-of-the-art machine learning methods for conflict prediction.
