Alexa Timlick, Research Assistant with VIEWS and at PRIO, received the 2024 DEMSCORE Prize for an outstanding thesis in the Social Sciences by unanimous decision from the award committee comprised by representatives from Stockholm University, Umeå University, and the University of Gothenburg.
In conjunction with the award, she presented her research on The Double-Edged Sword of Developmental Aid: Unanticipated Deviations and Conflict Onset at the 2024 DEMSCORE Conference.
