Listen to VIEWS-researchers Ashok Swain and Stefan Döring at the “Revisiting Conflict and Cooperation in International Water Basins” panel on Thursday 4 April at 1:45 – 3:30 PM PDT. The panel is part of the 65th Annual Convention of the International Studies Association (ISA) in San Francisco.

The panel, which is co-chaired by Professor Swain, features an intervention from Dr. Döring on armed conflict within transboundary basins, presenting results from a disaggregated analysis on the topic. Other speakers include co-chair Sara McLaughlin Mitchell, Andrew Owsiak, Bomi Lee, Sojeong Lee, Christina Boyes, and Paul Hensel.
